What to Expect
Primary responsibilities include processing product orders and answering customer inquiries over the telephone
What You’ll Do
- Professionally handle all calls and electronic communication
- Process incoming orders and resolve issues
- Learn JDS products and processes to better serve customers
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
- Accurately enter all information regarding customers and orders
- Offer recommendations during the ordering process to completely fulfill customer needs
- Generate call-back messages for quality assurance
- Attend paid training and meetings
What You’ll Bring

- Service oriented mentality, demonstrating interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service-related performance standards
- Ability to establish and prioritize objectives to manage time and resources appropriately
- Maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone, while working with a variety of personnel
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Verbal and Written)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have at least two years of any customer service experience
- No call center experience required
