Day Shift - 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Fri

Bindery Helpers are responsible for all miscellaneous duties in helping bindery operator’s complete tasks on production equipment. Including jogging, stacking, boxing, stuffing and other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the operation of production bindery equipment.
May feed items into machine, jogging, stacking, boxing, or stuffing print material and other duties as required.
Must comply with all Company policies.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’S).
Balance quality, productivity, cost and safety to achieve positive results.
OT as required.
Knowledge/Skills:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Advanced interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Ability to motivate and teach others.
Commitment to company values.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
