As our Blog Publishing Specialist, you’ll support the Marketing team with publishing content fit for B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll be responsible for publishing engaging blog content that drives traffic, engages readers, and supports our brand’s voice. You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, and Marketing teams to ensure that every post is on point, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our strategy. What We Need You to Lead

  • Work closely with our content team to publish blog posts on the website, ensuring content is properly formatted and visually appealing
  • Use content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar tools to create, schedule and publish blog posts
  • Work with graphic designers to source, create and incorporate relevant images, infographics, and multimedia into posts following rights-managed best practices
  • Ensure each post is optimized for SEO, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and internal linking
  • Be the final proof point to review all published content for grammar, spelling, and style consistency
  • Ensure that all blog posts meet the company’s editorial standards and guidelines

You’ll Also Need

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, or related field
  • Detail oriented with experience in blog publishing, content management, or similar roles
  • Background or solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization
  • Experience or proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and content formatting
  • Tech-savvy and a comfort level in the content and proof-reading space
  • Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to receive feedback and use it to grow and improve as a member of our marketing team
