We are seeking a highly motivated results-oriented Business Development Representative to focus on expanding our market presence in emerging sectors! What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Be Changing the World)
- Discover the undiscovered – Identify and research new markets and customer segments that RMS can take by storm.
- Be the mastermind behind our growth – Develop and execute strategic plans to bring RMS to new industries.
- Talk the talk & walk the walk – Connect with key decision-makers, build relationships, and turn prospects into customers.
- Show off our cool stuff – Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations (bonus points for creativity!).
- Team up for success – Work with sales and marketing to fine-tune strategies and maximize impact.
- Be an industry insider – Stay up to date on trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Take the show on the road – Represent RMS at trade shows, industry events, and conferences (yes, some travel required – but hey, free trips!).

- No degree required! (We care about your skills, not your diploma.)
- A self-starter who’s not afraid to take initiative and get things done.

- Willingness to travel as needed – approximately 30% (because meeting new people in new places is fun, right?).

- Experience in capital equipment sales or working in processing industries.
