What You’ll Do:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
Work closely with internal teams to determine material needs and specifications.
Develop procurement strategies to optimize inventory levels and production efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance and address any delivery, quality, or cost concerns.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry regulations to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience – Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Education – Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills – Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management abilities.
Technical Proficiency – Experience with procurement software and MS Office Suite.
Collaboration – Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong supplier relationships.
