Job Title: Casino Attendant
Reports to: Casino Manager
Compensation Type: Hourly
Summary of Position: Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional gaming experience for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and if possible, by name
- Serve guests beverages at the lottery machines
- Cash lottery tickets and make change for guests
- Balance lottery drawer at beginning and end of shift
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Work accurately with large sums of money
- Make sure the casino, machines and bathrooms are always kept clean.
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Strictly adhere to all state and local laws associated with video lottery play and alcohol consumption
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt to changes in our business strategies
Qualifications:
- Responsible, reliable and punctual.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of video lottery games and machine functions
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to lift, bend, stoop and reach… unless a doctor's note is provided with descriptive limitations
- Must be of at least 21 years of age
