Looking for full time chef. You must be willing to cook during service, food cost, ordering, scheduling, food waste, and updating/ refreshing current menu and cleaning and supervision of entire kitchen. In addition we have catering in house and off sight that need to be executed and supervised
We are a made from scratch all fresh kitchen. We locally source our food as much as we can and we do nothing from frozen. We even reduce and age our own steaks and we grind our own beef. we are also a live music and event venue. If you love where it all comes together… you will get it and we need you
We are offering 45k a year but if you have tons of experience and can take this kitchen to next level then we can talk more
