What You'll Do:
As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of our apartment properties. This includes cleaning vacated units after move-out and routine cleaning of public and community areas, ensuring a sanitary environment that exceeds the expectations of our residents and guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, or polish floors using various types of equipment, chemicals, or cleaning compounds.
- Clean interior and exterior of kitchen and laundry appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and dryers.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, remove trash, replenish paper and soap products.
- Clean common areas, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, entryways, and both interior and exterior windows and doors.
- Occasionally use ladders or other equipment to clean walls, ceilings, and dust or polish surfaces, fixtures, blinds, or other areas.
- Remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- Move or lift cabinets, furniture, crates, boxes, or equipment when necessary to clean underneath or behind.
- Follow company procedures for scheduling, cleaning, and documenting cleaning of vacant units.

- Proven experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions, while responding well to feedback.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently, set goals, and complete tasks.

- Willing and able to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift.
