At Limestone, we believe in accuracy, accountability, and a positive client experience. As a Client Manager, provide controller-level services to Limestone clients. Ensure quality of client services by performing reviews of staff work, while monitoring client deliverables and maintaining consistent communication with clients. You’ll elevate our company’s level of service by providing coaching to clients and Limestone team members related to business and accounting best practices.

What you do!

Manage team deliverables related to clients and internal systems – 70%
You’re an A-Player for this Client Manager role as someone who, on a daily basis, embodies Communication, Accountability and the ability to manage deadlines. Your mission is to help Limestone clients receive a transformative experience through bookkeeping and financial understanding related to their business. This includes:

• Have fun and promote a positive attitude to clients and team members.
• Review the work of team members and provided feedback to ensure clients receive the highest quality work with communication from staff along the way
• Coach other staff members, especially new staff on The Limestone Way and our Culture Statements
• Meet with clients as needed and provide financial reports as well as cash flow analysis using Limestone tools
• Be available for client one-off requests and questions
• Review monthly invoices for services provided by you and your fellow team members. Communicate scope of work changes and resolve issues
• Collect on past due clients whenever they get behind

Own Communication and Accountability (20%)
You’re self-reliant, and detail-focused, using tools and tech to stay on top of deadlines and keep communication flowing, including:

• Utilize calendars, task management tools, and time tracking software to stay organized.
• Communicate effectively—by voice, text, or email—using respectful, professional language.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to keep clients and the team aligned.
• Present information clearly, solve problems with reliable data, and draw solid conclusions.

Grow Yourself and the Team (10%)

• Leverage internal and external resources to become a go-to expert.

What You Bring!
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 5+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Intuit ProConnect, and accounting tools like QuickBooks.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be self-directed and perform to a high standard
• Understanding of mathematical concepts in a business environment
• Communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Organization and planning skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment

Our Environment
Work at a client’s facility or other locations. Minimal travel is expected. May be required to work more hours than normal during a regular workweek depending on workload and deadline requirements.
