Responsibilities for Client Services Assistant - Community Interpreter Services (CIS):
Working Conditions
Ability to sit for long periods of time and move about the office, as needed.
Ability to lift office material up to 20 pounds.
Manual dexterity to operate personal computer, calculator, fax machine and copy machine.
Work scheduled hours, with the need for some flexibility due to Program activities.
Will be required to work at least two evenings per week and periodic weekends.
Qualifications for Client Services Assistant:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years in clerical, administrative, or financial support roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in billing, invoicing, payroll processing, and record-keeping.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
