SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: LSS is looking for a dynamic individual to provide outpatient therapy, in –office, to clients within LSS Behavioral Health Services in the Sioux Falls area. Provide counseling to individuals and families that best serves your area of expertise. Attend team meetings and participate in clinical consultations. Maintain client case records and complete paperwork within agency standards. Uphold ethical standards of agency and respective licensing board.
LSS Behavioral Health Services is a statewide service. In addition to providing outpatient counseling services on a sliding fee scale, the program delivers evidence-based services for the Criminal Justice Initiative and Juvenile Justice Reinvestment Initiative, substance use services and school-based mental health services. LSS maintains offices in Sioux Falls, Aberdeen, Brookings, Rapid City, and Watertown.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree and two year’s experience in related field in Clinical environment. Licensure at the highest level of professional field of study, LPC-MH or CSW-PIP required. Preference is placed upon applicants who provide services to children, adolescents, and families. Strong communication skills. Experience with technology, electronic health records and telehealth services.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
