Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clubhouse Clinician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with mental health diagnoses
• Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
• Assist clients in developing life skills and coping mechanisms
• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals and community resources
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
• Engage with clients in the Clubhouse model, promoting a sense of community and belonging

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associated degree in a helping profession
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Passion for promoting mental health and wellness

Job Requirements

• Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred in a social science or human service field preferred, Associates degree in a social science or human service field required
• Current drivers license, car insurance, and good driving record
• Computer skills/email use
