Job Title: CNC Operator
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with at least one year of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating CNC mills and plasma tables, capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, and proficient with measuring tools, including tape measures. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols, and working efficiently within a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC mill and plasma table to produce parts according to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other project documentation.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers, to ensure accuracy in dimensions and quality of finished parts.
• Set up CNC machines, make necessary adjustments, and conduct quality checks to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to housekeeping and safety standards. • Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance to ensure smooth production.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve any issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience, including operating mills or plasma tables.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
• Basic understanding of machine setups and part inspections.
• Ability to keep a clean, organized workspace and adhere to company cleanliness standards.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification or additional technical training is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling parts and equipment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate noise levels and machine oil.
