Our company has seen tremendous growth in the last two years despite the doom-and-gloom state of the world. We are looking to add to our team.

The job:
Create an amazing and welcoming environment for customers and athletes.
Learn to tell the All American Gymnastics Academy story
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class times
Follow the plan for each class for maximum preparation and success
Follow the SOP of class rotation
Wear AAGA branded clothing for each & every shift
Attend regular staff meetings and training - we want to help you succeed!
Be able to answer 90% of questions
Be cool enough to respond calmly and safely in the event of unknowns
Be curious & be a team player! We help each other out!
Be reliable. Plan ahead. Take responsibility.

AND be the best coach you can be (and if you just want to learn to be a better coach, we will help you with that!)

In the ideal world, we would like someone with a bit of experience, either coaching or competing. However, we know that there are many talented, go-getters who may not have that kind of experience, but are smart, energetic, organized, and willing to go the extra mile. If that is you, apply!
