Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner to address payment issues, resolve disputes, and answer inquiries.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients based on their financial situations and organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organization policies governing debt collection practices, including fair debt collection practices and privacy laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRA rules and regulations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
