ROLE OVERVIEW
This position provides IT technical assistance and support to local, internal, and external customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: Technical training and 2 years of experience in technology related fields, including hardware, general knowledge of Microsoft business products and other software. An exposure network security.
Technical Skills: Training either in a college or technical school with degree in an IT technical field.
This would be considered a Tech II which includes experience with IP configuration in network enviroment.

Provide network support to our small to medium businss customers. This would include network access and function on that included network.
