• Facilitate and oversee gaming sessions with players.
• Create and manage gaming content for our community.
• Provide guidance and support to players as they navigate through challenges.
• Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
• Keep our state-of-the-art gaming facility clean and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A true passion for the world of gaming across all generations and hardware.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• An independent and problem-solving attitude.  
• Previous experience in gaming or customer service is a major plus, but not required.
