WE ARE HIRING for a Construction Assistant.

A-1 Pumping and Excavating is seeking a dedicated Construction Assistant to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with installation, repair and maintenance of septic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and repair septic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
• Able to obtain a CDL if hired.
• Some experience in construction preferred. Dirt work, landscaping or pipe installation a plus.
• Being able to stand and work for extended time, lift 50+ lbs., Work outdoors.
• A team player attitude.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Depending on experience
