Join Our Team as a Construction Controller

Are you a skilled financial professional with a passion for the construction industry? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyze project costs and variances to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with project managers to track project performance and financial metrics
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Participate in project meetings to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to support annual audits and tax filings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or project management
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines
