Leading Edge Credit Union, a growing financial institution in SW MN, is seeking to add a Controller to our finance team! As a Controller, you will coordinate and maintain all aspects of the accounting system which properly reflects the financial position of LECU to include preparation of monthly financials, budgeting and ensuring annual returns and audits are completed timely. As a valuable member of the management team, your opinions and ideas for growth are respected and matter. If you are a leader with a professional demeanor and strong accounting background with attention to detail, we want you on our team! This position can be a hybrid position located in SW MN area.  A 4-year degree preferred and/or 2-5 years of related experience with an emphasis on accounting and financial analysis.
