Schedule: Monday–Saturday evenings (Closed Sundays)

We’re looking for a culinary professional to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This role could be a great fit for an experienced line cook ready for more responsibility or a seasoned kitchen leader with a creative spark. There’s lots of room for growth here—we’re eager to find someone passionate, dependable, and hungry to contribute.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute dishes during service (our kitchen is open from 4:00–10:00 Mon–Fri, 3:00–10:00 Sat)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Take initiative and work independently when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality
• Help shape and improve our menu (creativity encouraged!)

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in a professional kitchen (though we’re willing to train the right person)
• Is self-motivated and reliable
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Has open availability, including nights and weekends
• Brings leadership skills and a positive attitude to the table
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
