Job Description
Lead Custodian role responsible for primary maintenance and cleaning needs of the host facility, which also includes set up and support responsibilities for special events, meetings, and activities within a combined church and grammar school setting.
This is a full-time position with benefits, requiring some limited scheduling flexibility to accommodate necessary needs day to day.
Job Requirements
1. Responsible for all primary cleaning duties to include vacuuming, windows, restrooms, garbage removal and all associated custodial needs.
2. Oversight responsibilities for supply and equipment purchases.
4. Oversight responsibilities for facility repair and maintenance.
5. Oversight responsibilities for school van fleet, including refueling.
6. Exterior maintenance needs.
7. General facility maintenance needs supporting HVAC and other ongoing scheduled needs.
