Cleans and sanitizes restrooms
Scrubs, mops, waxes, and polishes floors
Collects and removes refuse from offices and building daily to ensure cleanliness of the facility.
Performs lawn care and other outdoor maintenance at Courthouse and Jail facilities
Removes snow from steps, sidewalks and parking lot at Courthouse and Jail facility to ensure safe entrance to building.
Reports repairs needed to the supervisor to prevent further repair expenses.
Vacuums and shampoos carpets
Dusts and washes walls, woodwork, ceilings and windows as necessary
Maintenance at the Brule County Ag Building in Pukwana, SD
Orders all supplies for upkeep of the building and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies.
Prepares annual budget request and administers budget allocation from county commission.
Performs any and all duties of a custodian in the cleaning and maintenance of building.
Performs other duties and work as may be required.
Provides liaison with contractors, architects and engineers, with the Board of Commissioners.
