Job Summary:

At Silencer Central, we believe that Customers + Integrity = Winning. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interpreting data, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze datasets, create reports, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data to inform business strategies.

  • Collaborate with teams across departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable recommendations.

  • Create detailed documentation of data analysis processes and findings.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or a similar role.

  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques

  • ERP knowledge, with a preference for NetSuite experience or willingness to learn on the job

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software and tools?

  • Experience using MRP for supply chain management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner.

  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $70K – 90K DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
