Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company data. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with databases and spreadsheets.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate records by reviewing and correcting data entry errors
- Organize and manage digital and physical files as needed
- Generate reports and retrieve data for internal use
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
