- Strong understanding of contributing factors regarding both patient & insurance collections

Pay: Very Competitive Wage, Negotiated per experience and credentials: $26.00-$36.00/hourly

Hours/Shifts: Full Time (7:40 am-5:00 pm) Monday through Friday. Schedule is specific to each workday and location.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Dental experience in administrative roles
- Work closely with internal Support team & Clinical Teams to evaluate & analyze collections exceptions
- Strong understanding of contributing factors regarding both patient & insurance collections
- Develop processes for continued growth & implement improvements
- Driven attitude to succeed! Personable & Friendly approach with patients and team members
- Responsible for all aspects of our DSP program and continued initiatives
- Willingness to be dynamic and innovative, embraces change while knowing everything can’t be changed all at once
- Understanding of clinic administrative processes and financial administrative processes
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide and guide Exceptional patient experiences!
- Enjoy a Team-Driven office environment
- Display a High Level of Professionalism
- Current CPR certification encouraged (Provided Free as necessary)
- Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA Regulations and HIPAA privacy rules
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Dental Clinic setting, operating Dentrix software or knowledge of dental software, experienced knowledge of Dental Savings Plans, be aligned with our core values, be driven to grow in their leadership journey and help others grow, and enjoy people/working with patients!
