Treatment Coordinator Job description:

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator with a great attitude to work in our Northwest Dental Associates office in Omaha, NE! The right candidate must have exceptional customer service skills. The person we are looking for needs to be a team player who is self-motivated, hardworking and can multi-task. Dental experience IS required! (Front office, Dental Assistants, and Hygienists encouraged to Apply!).

Pay: Very Competitive Wage, Negotiated per experience and credentials (average $20.00-$25.00/hourly)

  • 1 year minimum dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of dental terminology

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 36+ hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with staff to ensure that daily/weekly/monthly duties completed
  • Bring a positive attitude to the team daily by encouraging staff and recognizing hard work
  • Going over treatment plans with patients and financial options
  • Greeting and scheduling patients when needed
  • Collect payment from patients at time of service when needed
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Keep an eye on schedules daily
  • Ensures schedules are running at maximum efficiency
  • Knowledge of Solution Reach & Dentrix
  • Calls on and monitors the continuing care list daily
  • Calls on and monitors the treatment manager list daily
  • Utilizes all technology to reach out to patients (phone, text, email)
  • Helps increase the daily/monthly reappointment rates for continuing care and treatment
  • Take initiative
  • Work independently
