Certified officers start at $25.19. Non-certified applicants will receive a competitive rate determined upon offer. Certified in another state? Transitioning to South Dakota is simple. You’ll complete a reciprocity process that includes a written test and one week of training in Pierre. It’s your chance to join a team where your service is truly appreciated.
