Die Cut Press Operator
2nd shift: Mon- Wed (2:30 pm – 4am)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, set up, operate and run print projects on die cut press (Delta).
Read and follow ticket specs to ensure configurations are correct.
Follow job schedule to insure jobs are timely.
Run test runs and trials as requested.
Complete regular quality checks; detect and report defective materials or potential problems.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
Performs preventative maintenance on machines as required.
Work to improve on the process and efficiency of new products and concepts.
Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’S).
Must comply with all company policies.
Additional job duties as needed and ability to work OT as needed.
Knowledge/Skills:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Previous die cut press experience is preferred.
Able to perform basic set-ups on the machines; knowledge of basic print production and job flow beneficial.
Strong attention to detail.
Good mechanical aptitude, computer skills and math skills needed.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
