We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with impeccable time-management skills, to direct and perform all creative activities and functions for a multi-location architectural firm. This position is responsible for the overall creative marketing efforts for the company and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This position is also responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that will be reviewed and approved by the leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate the company’s current marketing practices, brand strategies and standards.
Strategize areas of growth with leadership and create and develop a content driven marketing plan that lays out the way forward for the department.
Assist leadership in developing a budget that aligns with the company’s financial, business development and branding goals.
Learn and execute other marketing channels to bring value to our business development team and improve brand awareness.
Website and SEO management.
Create and monitor content for social media profiles (stories + posts).
Plan and schedule posts in advance to automatically post on all social media profiles regularly.
Create content for print and digital ads, marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, special event needs, etc.
Organize a system and coordinate with the photographer to ensure professional photos are taken of completed projects annually.
Handle all print materials to include the creation and printing coordination of business cards, flyers, project boards, etc.
Collaborate with leadership on the purchase of promotional items for job fairs, conferences and events.
Required Skills and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field of study.
- 3-5 years of content creation and marketing experience in the workplace.
- VAST knowledge of existing and emerging social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Able to create professionally creative content. Skilled writer.
- Must have experience with video creation and editing skills.
Must be quick to engage on social media with comments, sharing for SGA, connecting with influencers and building new influencer networks.
Detailed, organized, and strong communicator.
Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product.
Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and others to maximize performance and results.
