Join Our Marketing Team at Windom Area Health!

Windom Area Health is seeking a Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to enhance our hospital’s presence in the community through strategic marketing, public relations, and event coordination. This role is vital in promoting our hospital’s services, strengthening community engagement, and supporting the Windom Area Health Foundation and Auxiliary.

Location: Windom, MN - Onsite

Schedule: .8 FTE May include some weekend and evening hours for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Manage public relations efforts, including social media, press releases, and internal communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute hospital-sponsored events, foundation fundraisers, and auxiliary activities.
• Collaborate with departments to create marketing materials and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent education/experience).
• 1 year of marketing or event planning experience in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience with graphic design, including Canva, is preferred.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
