AVPro Edge specializes in the manufacturing of full bandwidth audio-video distributions offering reliable cutting-edge products to our customers. Our team is growing, so we are offering a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at AV Pro, you will oversee multiple brands and their comprehensive digital calendars and campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass mass email marketing, social media management, and website content creation. Collaborating with our creative team, you'll guide the development of visual assets and craft compelling messaging for all digital customer communications. We would like to have a proactive individual to take charge of our email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining email marketing databases, managing target lists, and implementing follow-up drip campaigns. Strong expertise in these areas will be highly valued in our selection process.
Here's what you’ll get to do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Social media management: Develop and execute a social media strategy that promotes brand awareness, product launches, and customer engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Email marketing: Design, segment, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build customer loyalty, and support product launches.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvements.
- PPC and display advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and display advertising, optimizing performance through A/B testing, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
- Content creation: Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, product videos, infographics, and case studies.

This is what will get you noticed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the AV electronics or technology industry.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding consistency.
- Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus.

Hours/Pay:
- Full-time 40 hours, business hours Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Market competitive hourly pay depending on experience
