Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape our digital strategy, connecting our audience’s needs with our business and marketing goals. You’ll create engagement plans, identify the best tactics, and bring ideas to life across different channels. As our business grows, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our digital presence to reach both B2B and B2C audiences for new and existing brands. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to solve marketing and tech challenges, ensuring successful execution and setting up plans to measure and improve future campaigns.

What We Need You To Lead
- Develop digital strategies that engage the target audience, using the right tools, platforms, and tactics to ensure connections are relevant, timely, and aligned with performance goals
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.) to meet business goals
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Monitor budgets and performance to maximize ROI
- Plan, design, and send email campaigns with targeted, personalized communication
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms
- Support B2B and B2C social media strategy, content, and community engagement
- Identify and improve underperforming areas by creating action plans at the product and brand levels
- Analyze web traffic to uncover insights and recommend strategies for boosting online presence
- Collaborate with the core team to monitor SEO efforts and forecast emerging digital trends
- Provide actionable digital insights and share key learnings in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics
You’ll Also Need
- 3+ years of digital media strategy experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- Prior digital media experience and strong analytical mindset
- Understanding of digital media strategies and metrics with the ability to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of efforts
- Organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to receive feedback and use it to grow and improve as a member of our marketing team
