Job Description
Our Digital Operations Manager’s main focus will be to oversee, and optimize, our company's digital systems and processes, ensuring smooth functionality of collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of technical, digital knowledge, project management skills, and operational expertise to deliver a seamless user experience across all digital channels. Primarily, this role will assist in leading and ensuring high-level QA for our teams of web development, social media and content strategists to improve overall workflows and operations.
The ideal candidate is a mentor at heart, ready to support and elevate our team by focusing on key performance indicators, coaching, and integrating new members seamlessly. This role demands a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights to the executive team, influencing the broader company direction with a keen understanding of workflow dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor digital projects for performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain uptime and optimal user experience.
- Streamline digital workflows and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity across digital operations.
- Coach, Mentor, and Train Team Members: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our digital platforms including internal software. Develop team members to improve their communication skills.
- Conducting in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their website goals, target audience, and business objectives.
- Creating customized digital proposals outlining design concepts, features, and pricing.
- Subject Matter Expert: Maintain knowledge of website best practices from a UI/UX standpoint, social advertising and internal processes/products for cross-departmental teams.
- Strategic Oversight: Communicating with partners and clients to develop and maintain strong relationships and assist in troubleshooting, driving strategic conversations and developing the team’s strategy.
