Job Description
SUMMARY: The Director of Training and Customer Service is tasked with coordinating training and education content for all employees of Scooter’s Coffee to ensure that the mission, principles, and Scooter's touchstones are carried out, embraced, and modeled. This position supports the district and store managers in all aspects of training. They will help store managers with voids in training within each store in order to create knowledgable teams working toward the best possible experience for the customer.
