In need of a part time Arcade Attendant to join our team for Weekends. Must be over 18.
Job Title: Arcade Attendant - Part Time Weekend's
Reports to: Arcade Manager
Compensation Type: Hourly
Summary of Position: Arcade Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. Attendant will assist with minor repairs on game machines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Smile and greet the guests in a friendly and positive manner upon entering the arcade
o Assist guests of the arcade, explaining the operation of the machines and player’s card.
o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner; provide answers to questions, make recommendations when necessary.
o Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence, removing disruptive guests if needed.
o Assist guests in redeeming winning tickets for prizes
o Complete daily inventory of prizes
o Perform minor repairs on machines.
o Clean and maintain the redemption counter and machines; ensure prize inventory is kept neat and attractively displayed while maintaining sufficient stock. Communicate inventory shortages to management.
o Other duties as assigned by management.
o Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.

o Professional appearance.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
o Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
o Basic computer proficiency.
o Must be able to walk / stand for extended periods of time.
o Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
o Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
o Must be able to work a variety of shift including: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
