As an Estimator / Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our company by creating cost estimates, and ensuring that our projects are completed on schedule. We are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Estimating materials on projects for customer quotes
• Efficient project scheduling
• Collaborate and foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors and clients
• Identify and resolve project related issues in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Must be accountable and reliable
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively individually or with a team

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
