Salary: $18/hr
Schedule: EVENINGS/WEEKENDS

What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will be the first friendly voice a homeowner hears when encountering concerns with their home.
- Answering incoming calls and reaching out to homeowners who have concerns to set or adjust appointments.
- Keeping the schedule organized to make sure both our team and our customers’ time is used efficiently.
- Working to “save” appointments if a customer calls to cancel — sometimes a little extra info or reassurance is all they need!
- Meeting (or beating!) goals for converting customer calls into scheduled appointments.

- Friendly and comfortable chatting with all kinds of people.
- Organized and great at juggling schedules and details.
