Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve financial goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

- Oversee food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, high-quality culinary environment.
- Creative, forward-thinking approach to menu development, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Expertise in budget management, food cost control, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other departments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the restaurant’s success.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating a fast-paced kitchen environment.
