What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach to employee interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, technology, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Organize and maintain training programs, track participation, and collect feedback for improvements.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee experience-related inquiries and engagement strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Efficiency: Onboarding timelines and feedback from new hires.
- Training Participation & Quality: Attendance rates and employee feedback on training programs.
- Engagement & Event Success: Participation levels and employee satisfaction scores.
- Administrative Accuracy & Timeliness: Effectiveness in scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings and processes.
