Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing field crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety protocols, and company standards
- Order materials and manage job site logistics
- Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
- Maintain detailed job records and daily reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues in real time
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Journeyman (required) or Master Electrician license (preferred)
