Job Description
EXPO/ FOOD CAPTAIN: Ensure prepared, garnished and clean plates of hot and cold food are completed according to ticket specifications in a timely manner and delivered to our guests.
-Communication Link between Kitchen and Service Team.
-Menu knowledge
-Strong communication Skills
-Ability to carry tray and or assist in taking food to guests
-Keeping Service area clean and organized. Food Windows organized and Sanitized
-Assist with to-go Orders and Room Service .
