Job Description
Summary
Perform a wide range of duties related to maintaining the functionality, cleanliness, and aesthetic quality of the company's office and plant based on a defined, detailed list of tasks and frequency of execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors and mats daily
- Ensure the office and breakroom are clean and dust-free
- Ensure the plant floor is swept daily
- Clean and stock all restrooms and locker rooms
- Ensure break room is stocked and order supplies as needed
- Change filters in the molding and compressor rooms as needed
- Practice safe work habits and follow all production safety rules when in the plant
Qualifications
- Subject to periodic drug screening
- Flexible work hours
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
Education & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to clean thoroughly
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 20 pounds
- Reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting, and walking for the entire shift are necessary parts of the job
- Wear personal protective equipment when in the plant as required by the safety rules
- Demonstrate adequate dexterity and stamina
