About the Role
The Facilities Manager works to maintain a safe, functional, comfortable and efficient environment that enables the occupants to perform their functions as required. This position will support First PREMIER Bank Main Bank location in downtown Sioux Falls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and delegates duties to the Senior Facilities Assistant and Facilities Assistant positions where applicable
  • Completes regular facility maintenance and projects as planned
  • Works with vendors to obtain price quotes for repair projects and budget work
  • Fully involved with on-site space allocation plans and furniture reconfiguration projects
  • Responsible for first-round approval of all Facilities invoices pertaining to PREMIER Bankcard and First PREMIER Bank
  • Is familiar with the Business Continuity Plan and is able to step in for the AVP – Facilities Management position when necessary
  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A competent level of experience with the building systems operation that would enable the incumbent to act independently when dealing with systems issues, maintenance and repairs.
  • Advanced computer skills and AutoCad experience necessary.
  • Ability to manage subordinates and delegate duties.
