Bachelor's degree in business or public administration preferred or three years' experience of clerical position in Municipal Government. Demonstrated knowledge of municipal financial management, business administration, local/state government issues. Ability to plan, organize, and financially direct a complex business; to present ideas clearly, orally, and in writing, and to work effectively with others. Position is benefit eligible.
