Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor a crew of two to four team members.
Oversee both small single day and large multi-day/week foundation repair and waterproofing projects.
Effectively coordinate and clearly communicate with management, office staff, homeowners, contractors, engineers, builders, agents and vendors to successfully complete projects.
Capable of reading and understanding project details to include scope, schedule and budget.
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects, sometimes in multiple locations simultaneously.
Accurately maintain project records and receipts and submit completed paperwork in a timely manner.
Ability to plan, select and organize the required tools, equipment and materials for each project.
Responsible for the cleanliness and working ability of assigned tools, truck and equipment.
Physically able to lift and carry 25-100lbs repeatedly and consistently without fatiguing.
Driver's license and clean MVR required.
Pre-employment drug test required.
Skills:
Mini excavator and skid-steer experience.
Expert understanding in the operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Education & Experience:
General construction and supervisory experience. (Required)
Construction Management degree or enrollment preferred but NOT required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 per year
