Job Summary:
We are hiring Commercial Glaziers to install, repair, and replace glass in commercial applications such as storefronts, curtain walls, and skylights. Whether you're an experienced glazier or a general laborer ready to advance, we provide on-the-job training to help you build a lasting career in the glazing trade.
Pay:
- Pay ranges from $24/hour and up, depending on prior experience and skill level.
- Performance review after 90 days with potential for a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace glass and framing systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, fit, and secure aluminum framing and install glass
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in glazing or construction is a plus, or other trade/construction experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights when necessary
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different project requirements
