Job Description:
As a full-time GM Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining GM vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. This position is 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with three different shifts. Overtime is available but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic procedures to identify the root cause of vehicle issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Use specialized GM diagnostic tools and software to perform accurate repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working on vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and repair needs clearly.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GM technical bulletins and service information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a GM focus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
