Job Description
Join our team at our established property management company as a Grounds & Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a hard-working and dedicated individual with strong customer service skills to serve our residents. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to: grounds clean up and landscape care, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, snow removal, painting, carpentry, and making apartments rent-ready. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliance repairs, improvements, and other maintenance duties.
• Complete all maintenance requests correctly and within the allotted time frame.
• Provide Property Manager with the initial completed request with minimal call-backs.
• Monitor apartment and townhome communities to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain standards for safety, quality, and overall company and tenant satisfaction.
• Perform sidewalk snow removal.
Requirements:
• Strong organization skills and ability to utilize technology.
• Excellent customer service skills and desire to learn and acquire new skills.
• Must pass a background check according to fair housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Desire 3 years experience.
Pay depending on experience.
