Job Type: Part-time. Applicants must be able to work from 4 pm to 8 pm on weekdays.

Join All American Gymnastics Academy, a leading institution dedicated to excellence in gymnastics. We're currently seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Gymnastics Xcel Coach. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training.
Position Overview:
As a Gymnastics Xcel Coach, you'll play a vital role in refining our gymnasts' technique and fostering a culture of excellence. Your enthusiasm for gymnastics, coupled with our comprehensive training program, will contribute to the success of our athletes and the overall mission of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized coaching in artistic gymnastics, focusing on Xcel routines.
- Develop tailored training plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive and encouraging training environment.
- Prepare athletes for competitions.
Qualifications:
- No prior coaching experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Passion for gymnastics and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate athletes.
- Gymnastics coaching certification preferred.
